Our Facilities
Our workshop boasts lean manufacturing principles based around demarcated, segregated work stations promoting 5S standards to ensure safe and efficient production outcomes.

Material handling is managed with our 10t overhead crane and forklifts, with stock tracking capabilities and economic storage facilities. Our parts processing capability is considerable backed up by our first rate suppliers.

Our team is flexible and creative with diverse experience from intricate polished stainless steel balustrade TIG welding, to heavy duty large mining and earth moving repair and manufacture. If it's steel we can work with, If it's something new we will work out the best way to work with it, there is nothing our team cannot complete.

Quality Control

The Aestec system starts
the moment materials and
consumable arrive at out
facility. Items are checked
and material certs are stored
along with consumable certs
for each job. Fabrication is
managed with checks during
parts processing, assembly,
weld out, painting and final

delivery. All welding is controlled through a strict welder Qualification program assessing all of our welders against our considerable list of pre-qualified procedures, involving specific NDT testing such as Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Radio Graphic. This process is backed up by continuous monitoring and improvement by our in house welding supervisor. Aestec provide MDI (Manufacturers Data Records) for all of our work as required by our clients including Weld mapping, ITP's, qualification records, material & consumable certs and test results.
